Workout Log: 27 March 2017

Hey, it's week 2 of the Smolov squat program. This is workout #2, which, fortunately, only consisted of one working set, because I had to struggle to get that final rep, and there was a point where I wasn't sure if it was going to go up or down. But, I got it. And so we continue.

squat: 135x10, 225x5, 315x5, 350x5

Yeah, doesn't look like much, does it? Surprise! It's always that last fucking rep.

And on Thursday, I think I'm doing 360x5 as the final workout of week 2 before the real chaos begins. My knees are not happy with me. Need to roll and stretch and rest as much as I can before then.
