Wakey wakey! Why the fuck am I getting up at 3am?! Oh, right, jet lag. And persistent cats who think it's breakfast hour. Whatever, meowers. Time to make the donuts.
Food: Breakfast burrito. 380cal, 30g protein. (Don't judge, I'm moving this weekend and trying to clean out my refrigerator/freezer.)
Supplements: 3 x Glutamine (3.0g), 3 x Creatine (2.1g), 3 x Beta-Alanine (2.25g), 1 x Multivitamin. Note that the leading numbers here indicate the number of capsules, as I hate mixing bulk powders into my protein shakes - it totally fucks the taste and texture.
