Note 1: The fitness center at my apartment complex has no dumbbells heavier than 50lbs, so if you ever wonder why you see a bunch of 50lb lifts, it's because I'm working out at home.
Note 2: One of the machines in said fitness center that I use frequently doesn't have actual weight labels on it; it just has numbers. So I don't know what a "9" is.
Group 1:
Lat pulldown: 130x20, 135x20, 135x15, 140x12
1-arm dumbbell row: 50x20, 50x20, 50x15, 50x12
Treadmill jog: 2 minutes, 6.5mph, 1.5 incline
Group 2:
Seated row: 9x20, 9x20, 11x15, 12x12
Dumbbell hammer curl: 30x20, 30x20, 35x15, 40x12
Treadmill jog: 1 minute, 6.0mph, 1.5 incline
Treadmill jog: 1.5 minutes, 6.0mph, 2.0 incline
Treadmill walk: 1.5 minutes, 3.5mph, 15.0 incline
Treadmill jog: 2 minutes, 6.0mph, 1.5 incline
Group 3:
Machine curl: 8x20, 8x20, 9x15, 10x12
Seated rear delt raise: 10x10, 10x10, 10x10, 15x10
Plank hold: 2:10, 1:00
