Deadlift: 135x10, 225x5, 315x5, 315x5, 315x5, 315x5, 315x5

Yeah, that's it - all deadlifts, all the time. One other item of note is that we did a body fat measurement today and I came in at 22.9%, which is a little up from the last time, but I'm not all that surprised given the chaotic schedule I've been dealing with the last month. It doesn't look like I'm going to hit 20% by end of the year; the only way to do that would be to switch to hardcore chicken diet for the next 10 days, and I'm just not interested in doing that.

The other interesting item is that I hit a new speed record on the steel mill (it's a sort of manual treadmill that my trainer makes me use as a warm-up) of 13.4mph. It wasn't that long ago that I couldn't hit 12mph. That'll do, pig. That'll do. :-P
