Workout Log: 03 February 2017
Well, we did this two weeks ago, and it sucked, and it wasn't really that much better this time around.

Workout type: lunges
Muscle groups: legs, duh.
Step-ups (per leg): 0x20, 70x15, 70x15
Walking lunges: 20x300, 0x300, 0x300
Yes, once again, 900 lunges, except that this time, the first set of 300 was done with 10lb dumbbells. My right hamstring tightened up on me during the warm-up when I was accelerating into the last sprint, but I got through the workout OK, and it seems to be feeling better, although I'll probably be soaking in epsom salts again tonight, too.
I'm also planning to do basically nothing this weekend and focus on recovery so that I can get back to it all come Monday morning.
